CSIO E-mail Update

 

Power Broker already supports Outlook integration and MASTERCOM is now adding the integration for Outlook to send CSIO e-mail. This enhancement also includes the support for e-mail attachments.  You can now easily exchange sensitive information safely over CSIOnet, the secure network, provided by Telus. Using email is easier, saves time and effort and also greener than having to fax or courier documents.

 

If you wish to continue to use Power Broker “Forms Generator” to send your e-mail you can send attachments by using MASTERCOM’s “Attach File Command” otherwise you attach documents in Outlook as you now do for any e-mail.

Check with your insurance company to see if they support attachments.

 

 

Download updateEngineEMail.exe and put it in the \EMAIL directory and download and print Update Installation Steps.pdf for the install instructions.

To send Policy Change forms etc. you would print the form to PDF document, attach it and any other attachments and e-mail them to your insurance company. Note: A free PDF printer driver can be downloaded from http://www.pdf995.com/download.html
