Installing the BrokerEDI/PC E-Mail/EDI Engine .NET
Starting with MASTERCOM Version
8.6c and Power Broker 4 January 6, 2012 or greater you can now receive attachments either as
part of the policy download or separately by the new CSIO EDocs Electronic Document Transfer (EDT)
transaction. Power Broker automatically saves documents in the customer's
“Abeyance/Documents/Forms/Images” database. Eliminate the hours of wasted time having to download Renewal,
Policy Change, New Business etc. documents from the insurance company’s
portal and then having to manually save them in the client’s file.
Upgrade Installation Instructions:
1) Download Upgrade to 8.6c Steps.pdf and print and
follow the install steps.
2) Download updateEngine86c.exe
and put it in your mapped applications directory where \EMAIL and \BRO resides.
New Installation Instructions:
1) Download and print Fast Install Steps.pdf and
follow the install steps.
2) Download setup.exe and
put it in your mapped applications directory where \BRO resides.
Machine Address Mapping Table Update (for AVIVA) April 12, 2012
Put updateMachnetAdd.exe
in the \EMAIL folder and run to install the update.
