
MASTERCOM “My WebSites” Automatic Web Login

Installation steps: (See Page 8 of
the Installation Guide)
1) Create a folder of e.g. \MyWebSites in the folder you share out on
the server for 3rd party applications.
2)
In the \MyWebSites
folder put your two license files.
3)
Create a directory for each user in the \MyWebSites folder.
4) Put the MASTERCOM setupcli.exe installation file in each of the user’s directory.
5)
On the user’s PC explore to the mapped drive for for
3rd party applications and then to the user’s folder
in the \MyWebSites
folder and run setupcli.exe.
Click the setupcli.exe installation file to download and the save this setup
file in e.g. the \MyWebSites folder you created. From here it can be copied to each
user’s folder.
If you wish
to manage/update you user’s web site files download the setupadm.exe installation file to your PC and run it to install
the capability to remotely update the “mylinks.fil”
files of users.
If you are
converting from the old version of Automatic Web Login download the ConvertOldFile.exe program and run it to convert the user’s “userfile.ids” files to “mylinks.fil”
files. Note: The user mylinks.fil is located in the user’s \DATABASE folder.
